Ib (pronounced "Eeb," similar to "Eve") is a freeware horror adventure game by kouri made in RPG Maker 2000. A young girl named Ib visits an art gallery with her parents. While observing the many exhibits, she suddenly realizes she is alone. And in her search for others, she finds things awry in the gallery...
The protagonist throughout the game. A nine year old girl who was taken to the art gallery by her parents. She does not have a speech box and is known to be very quiet because of this. Her rose is red and has 5 petals.
Ib's partner through most of the game. He's first found laying unconcious on the ground. Once revived, however, he will become extremely protective of Ib, to the extent that Mary thinks he is Ib's father.
The "antagonist". She meets Ib and Garry later in the game, as claims to be lost, just like the duo. She accompanies Ib and Garry on their journey to find a way back to the real world. It's revealed that she is actually a painting that simple wishes not to be lonely and to go to the real world. Depending on how you play the game, her wish may come true.
There are multiple endings in Ib, and the way you play decides which one you will get.
